Although this is a "soft" launch for my new website (More fanfare when we get a free downloadable song up shortly), it's no small coincidence that it`s also coincides with the return and revitalization of Coney Island, here in Brooklyn, New York. This historic spot here in South Brooklyn (I am a Southern Boy) was instrumental in my upbringing and part of my very DNA. Not only is it home of the Original Nathan`s Famous Hot Dogs but also boasts the World Famous Cyclone Roller Coaster.
I may have spent more time daydreaming there then in the class rooms of NYCs fine educational institutions. Welcome back Coney Island and hello to you all again.
So, have a great day. Raise a glass in remembrance and appreciation of our brave and courageous men and women in uniform.
